I closed my primary residence with Chak as the realtor. He assisted me through the entire process of house searching, home inspection, negotiation and closing. He spoke with the seller and was able to get a few things complete before we moved in. I received a better rate for my mortgage loan with the lender that Chak referred. I had to move in quickly after my closing and Chak referred me to his contacts that performed some of the upgrades fastly and efficiently. He had a good network for ancillary services, which comes in very handy when there is not much time left between closing and move-in. He is professional, knowledgeable and patient. He puts his client's needs first rather than just making a quick buck. I had come across other realtors in the past who just want to quickly close the deal and move on. Chak didn't behave like that and I notice that he tries to build long-term relationships with his clients. Overall, I am impressed by his services and I would certainly recommend his services to others.
